Anzac Day Yoga
Anzac Day is a national day of remembrance. It gifts us an opportunity to reflect and honour.
This Anzac Day use your yoga practice as a way to practice gratitude, presence and courage. When you practice mindfulness on your yoga mat, it starts to trickle out into your everyday life so you make the most of each moment.
This flow class will be suitable for all levels.
