Sascha Norman

Sascha has been teaching yoga for over 15 years. Like a dear old friend, yoga has always been there for her. She loves the way that each and every time she practices yoga, she is a more clear, bright and settled version of herself afterward. So naturally, she wanted to be able to share that with others.

Sascha’s specialty is teaching Vinyasa flow, linking breath with movement for a fluid meditation. She also loves to teach Yin Yoga and share its replenishing aspects that are so valuable to our overstressed nervous systems. When teaching, she gives lots of hands-on assists, because she knows how good it feels.

Using her knowledge of the mind and body connection, and the truth that there is no separation between mind and body, she weaves rich themes into each yoga class.

Sascha teaches our Tuesday 6am Sunrise Flow class. Book here

Kristy Hosking

Kristy is a happy-go-lucky soul who loves the ocean and uses her yoga practice to keep her sane in a busy, fast-paced world.

After taking her first-ever class back in India, aged 19, she fell in love with the yoga tradition and has since enjoyed experiencing its many forms and styles on her travels all around the world. From taking hot vinyasa flow classes in London to gentle hatha classes led by Spanish-speaking teachers in Panama, every practice has helped guide her knowledge into the beautiful and inspiring world of yoga.

As a graduate of the renowned Qi Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Diploma in 2015, Kristy’s classes are designed around safety and helping all her students "feel" into their bodies and connect with their true essence. The breath is what guides each of her classes, so students can expect plenty of lovely pranayama practices as well as guided meditations with breath awareness.

Kristy’s classes are always varied, whether a gentle restorative class, strong hatha class or flowing vinyasa-based practice, but the recurring theme in all her teachings is to nurture her students, help them to find balance and ultimately become more connected with themselves and this planet.

Kristy teaches on Sundays - 4pm Slow Flow and 5.15pm Restore. Book here

Nadia Cowell

Nadia shares her passion for Yoga with thoughtful, calming and nurturing classes drawing on the ancient wisdom of yoga and merging it with modern mindful practices.

She is passionate about yoga as an energetic practice not just a physical practice acknowledging the profound benefits that yoga has on mental health.

Yoga was a saviour for Nadia in the early 2000's and a complete turning point after a stressful career that left her own mental health to suffer. Nadia now empowers others to slow down and reconnect with themselves so that they can find deep peace and harmony within and completely transform their own lives.

Nadia has studied many lineages - Ashtanga, Tantra, Hatha, Yin and therapeutic Restorative.  However her biggest teachers are her two boys that encourage her to evolve and are a reminder to her that yoga exists not only on the mat but in the integration off the mat too!

Nadia is currently teaching our Tuesday 7.30pm Restore classes. Learn more and book here

Hayley Andrews

Hayley is a Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative yoga teacher, but first a Northern Beaches raised and based ocean lover, in awe of Mother Nature, fascinated by the body, and passionate about all things health and wellness.

She spent the majority of her younger years dancing, from classical ballet to hip hop (funky right?!) and everything in between. Over the years, her obsession with dance transformed into a love of yoga, where she had the opportunity to explore so much more than movement.

Hayley’s experience with chronic pain led her to embrace yoga, when all other physical activity became too difficult. Yoga has been an incredible tool to help manage her pain and has also been a transformational practice for her mentally, emotionally and spiritually – a practice that she feels called to share.

Naturally, she’s fascinated by how the body moves and the influence that this has on the felt sensations in the body. In her classes, you’ll find yourself moving in creative (or unfamiliar) ways which is not only beneficial anatomically, but also helps us fire new neural pathways - like exercise for the mind! In her flow classes, she’ll support you to marry movement with the breath, creating a harmonised moving meditation experience.

Hayley covers for us as and when we need!
