I start my day with Peppermint in the shower plus doTERRA’s natural toothpaste, face cleaner, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner bars. A drop of Balance on wrists and soles of my feet to ground me, followed by doTERRA deodorant and toothpaste. Once I move into the kitchen, the diffuser goes on, we roll On Guard to protect us from sickness. We take Lifelong Vitality Supplements and Probiotic, the foundation of our health, and we hydrate with citrus oils in our water. In the car on the way to school, my daughter swipes Brave on and I use Adaptiv. Later, we use Lavender Peace & Vetiver for a deep and restful sleep.
