Rainbow Chakra Kids Yoga & Mindfulness Cards
Beautifully designed yoga and mindfulness cards for children and families to explore the rainbow chakras together.
These unique chakra cards, created by Catherine Tong (founder of My Yoga Playground) and designed by Saxon-Dale Sabatino, are intended to open up a whole new and colourful world to children and introduce them to a holistic approach to taking care of their health and wellbeing on and off the mat. By learning about the chakras, they can better understand how to bring balance, wellness and peace to their lives, and allow their rainbow within to be as vibrant as possible.
The 7 friends of My Rainbow Yoga Playground will teach them about the “rainbow in their body” and guide them through: yoga poses, affirmations, breathing exercises, mudras, mantras to understand and balance the 7 chakras in their body. Also included are helpful wellness tips to include in their daily routine and support their chakras off the mat, and thoughtful questions to encourage meaningful conversation.
Suitable for children 3yrs+.
That said, these cards are not just for little yogis. We encourage older siblings, parents, grandparents to get involved. Yoga Is better together, and a wonderful way to bond as a family unit in a playful and mindful way. There are 14 partner poses and 7 games to explore.
