This 6 week course is designed to teach you the basics and fundamentals of yoga, so you feel confident to get onto your mat and attend group classes.
Perfect for beginners or those new to the practice, you will learn correct alignment for the poses, how to breathe and move through the class, and modifications for a safe practice.
And before you say, "but I'm not flexible enough for yoga", please know that you do not need to be bendy to do yoga!
