Slow Yoga

Mondays 5pm - 6pm with Belinda Davies.

Slow Flow is a gentle, fluid style of yoga that blends breath with movement at a relaxed, mindful pace. You will have the time to truly feel into each pose, helping you build strength, flexibility, and stability while staying present in your body.

As this style of yoga allows for modifications and a more intuitive approach to movement it’s perfect for beginners, those recovering from injury or navigating pregnancy and over 55s. It’s also a beautiful way to calm the nervous system - an antidote to the fast pace of modern life.
