The Intention of our Pre-Natal Yoga Classes
Our pre-natal yoga classes take place at our beautiful Mona Vale yoga studio and are designed to:
Empower you with movement, breath, visualisation, affirmations & guided relaxation
Support your body, mind and emotions through pregnancy
Prepare you physically and emotionally for birth
Create time in your week to connect and bond with your baby
Facilitate a safe, nurturing space to meet other Mums-to-be
Teach you how to adapt your existing yoga practice (if you have one)

How it works
This class operates as a 5-week course and is running in August / September for the final time this year. (However since I have announced that, I’ve had an influx of bookings…so we may continue depending on numbers!)
Upon booking, you will receive a free copy of my Pregnancy eBook which is a handy resource for pregnancy and birth.
If you are unable to attend a session, we offer up to 1 make up class which can be used to attend our pregnant friendly classes: Tuesday or Thursday Restore at 7.30pm or Sunday 5pm Restore.
New to yoga?
This class is suitable for all levels - no experience required.
Pregnancy is a beautiful time to start yoga, it is such a gift for both you and your baby.
Requirements
You should be at least 12 weeks pregnant before commencing this class.
Upon booking, you will receive an email with a link to a new student form. Please complete this form so we are aware of any important information and we can take better care of you and your baby.
Small Class Sizes
To keep the group connected and supported, we only offer 10 spaces.
Trial Classes
Louise has been teaching Pre-Natal Yoga on the Northern Beaches for 9 years and her classes are held in high regard. A big part of this class is building community and trust amongst the women attending. For these reasons we do not offer trial classes, but you are welcome to do our Intro Pass (2 weeks unlimited for $49) before starting pre-natal. This enables you get a feel for the studio and our teaching team.

If you are looking to practice 2 or more yoga classes / week during your pregnancy, our memberships provide the most flexibility and best value. Check out the options here
In trimester 1 + 2 you could join any of our classes. From trimester 3, Restore is recommended.
