The Intention of our Mums n Bubs Classes
Our Mums n Bubs classes are a beautiful opportunity to bond with your baby, strengthen your body, balance your mind - and figure out how to yoga with a bub in tow!
Each class starts with baby yoga - a fun way to connect with your baby and amazing for their sensory development. We then move into yoga for Mum and blend movement, breathe, mindfulness and relaxation in order to:
Strengthen Pelvic Floor & Core
Stretch out tight necks, shoulders and hips
Release tension, tiredness and anxious feelings
Increase energy and vitality
Create space - physically and mentally
Feel more connected, strong and calm
When can I attend Mums n Bubs Yoga?
This course is suitable for those with babies aged 6 weeks to crawling (approx 8 months.)
What happens if my baby is unsettled?
Some weeks your baby will be more settled than others. If your baby needs to be fed, changed, held or rocked, you will be encouraged and supported to do that. Regardless, you will leave feeling better more energised and relaxed than when you arrived!
Small Class Sizes
To create a supported and nurturing space for new Mums, we only offer 10 - 11 spaces.
Make Up Classes
Mums n Bubs runs as a 6 week course. You may receive up to 1 make up class which you can use for attending one of our Slow Flow, Flow or Restore classes.
