Flow Yoga

Our flow classes will unite your breathe and movement so you get stronger and more flexible - both physically and mentally.

This is a dynamic class that’s designed to challenge, stretch and balance, All levels are welcome - you will be encouraged to rest as needed and options are always given.

Here’s the timetable:

Sunrise Flow

  • Tuesday 6.00am - 7.00am with Sascha Norman

Morning Flow

  • Saturdays 8am - 9am with Louise Kelly

  • Plus Anzac Day - Tuesday 25 April, 8am with Louise Kelly

If you are looking for something more mellow, check out our Slow Flow class. This class is suited to those who would like a slower and more gentle practice, and is also a great fit for beginners, injury rehab, over 60s and pregnancy. Read more here
