We have a solution! Join Sascha for a 2 hour workshop designed to increase your awareness around your posture, and to improve it.

In our modern day life full of technology we spend way more time leaning forwards than nature ever intended. Our muscles shorten and forget how to fire correctly in order to hold our torso up straight. Then other muscles step in to compensate for the “lazy muscles”…and a chain reaction begins.

During this workshop you will use yoga poses to deepen awareness of your spine and posture, and then to explore your healthy and rightful posture. Engaging in practices to embed this into your muscle memory, will help ensure you can then take these learnings off your yoga mat and into your everyday life.

You will also explore how changing our posture can shape how you feel about yourself. The term ‘backbone’ is in the English language for a reason, and when the spine feels strong and flexible, so do you! Our spine and posture impact how we carry ourselves through life, and subsequently this effects not just how others perceive us but how we perceive ourselves.
