Looking for a fun activity to do with your baby on the Northern Beaches? Or a way to exercise with your baby without having to put them into a creche? Our Mums n Bub Yoga classes in Mona Vale are the solution!

Why go to Mums n Bubs Yoga?

Our post-natal course is a beautiful opportunity to bond with your baby, strengthen your body, balance your mind and figure out how to yoga with a bub in tow. Plus on the days it’s hard to get out of the house, it will give you that extra motivation to make it out the door and connect with other likeminded Mums.

What do we do in class?

Each class starts with baby yoga - a fun way to connect with your baby and amazing for their sensory development. We then move into yoga for Mum and blend movement, breathe, mindfulness and relaxation in order to:

  • Strengthen Pelvic Floor & Core

  • Stretch out tight necks, shoulders and hips

  • Release tension, tiredness and anxious feelings

  • Increase energy and vitality

  • Create space - physically and mentally

  • Feel more connected, strong and calm

When can I start coming to Mums n Bubs? What age is it for?

This course is suitable for those with babies aged 6 weeks to crawling (approx 8 months.)

What happens if my baby is unsettled?

Some weeks your baby will be more settled than others. If your baby needs to be fed, changed, held or rocked, you will be encouraged and supported to do that. It’s helpful to remember that everyone is in the same situation and we are all doing our best. Whatever happens on the day, you’ll leave feeling more energised and relaxed than when you arrived!

To create a supported and nurturing space for new Mums, we only offer 10 spaces.
